The Benefits Of Massage 

Massage has been around for thousands of years.  "Touch" is one of our basic instincts. To cuddle a child, to hug a person. We all benefit from "Touch".

Massage has many benefits for our well being. From improving circulation, relaxing muscles, tendons and ligaments. This will aid the recovery of injuries and ease aches and pains. It aids digestion and increases blood flow that stimulates the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system goes round the body mopping up any unwanted waste and our body will dispense with it either through our urinary track or via our bowels.

There is also the Psychological benefits from a massage you will  be relaxed, less tense and have a feeling of well being.

What Does A Treatment Entail?

Yes, you do have to remove your clothes but only down to your underwear. You will lay on a couch and I will cover you with towels. Only the part of your body being massaged will be uncovered. I use Certified Organic oils. If you have a nut allergy I will use a nut free oil. 

If you are unable to lay on my couch most of a massage can be done sitting on a stool or on a chair.

Before I start a treatment I will have a chat with you to establish what area's you might be having a problem with and if there are any medical problems I should be aware of. Your massage will be tailored to you, to give you the best experience possible.

I am a Mobile Therapist so I come to you with a couch and everything I need.

During this Covid time please be assured I will take every step to keep you safe. I do a Rapid Flo Test every morning. I will wear a face mask and I have antibacterial wipes and hand gel.

I have been a Masseuse for 22 years and trained with the International Therapy Education College. I am also qualified in Anatomy and Physiology and am fully insured.
